You agree and understand that you are buying vintage musical instruments, pre owned and described as accurate as possible.
No warranty is implied as these are all used instruments.
Any returns or any refunds are excluded once the guitars or other accessories have been manipulated from its original state when sold to you.
Shipping address must match billing address when you plan to buy instruments from us, exclusions may apply if you have multiple addresses and you can provide authentication and valid active drivers license
All items must be returned exactly as they were received within 3 days of the delivery date if the customer is not satisfied, a 15% restocking fee may apply if the condition of the instrument has changed, additional charges may apply if there is damage.
all transactions cannot be voided once made , credit card processing fees , PayPal fees apply to all orders even if you change your mind in 5 minutes the banks and credit card processing charge us a non-refundable fee based on all transactions, this fee will be deducted from your total refund , this applies to accidental orders made on our website
international buyers must contact us first to manually update this shipping charge on the order page , no exclusions,

Return and Refund Policy

You have 3 days from the delivery date to return an instrument.

No returns for international shipping.
No shipping to PO Box
We ship to the lower 48 states in the US, extra charges may apply to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other territories.
Accidental orders will be charged a 3.5% credit card processing fee. (This is a bank policy, not our policy)
customers are responsible for shipping back the merchandise back to our warehouse within the time period outlined above

All items must be received in the original packaging, your refund will be issued once the item has arrived back at our warehouse.
